Kaspars Novicans also believes that the legislator has failed to settle on the merits truly urgent matters in the field of insolvency, e.g., to achieve positive results, judgment creditors should undergo easier procedure to lodge an application; effective tools should be implemented to avoid situations where only emptied companies are affected by insolvency; operations of the State Revenue Service and Police should become more effective.<\/p>\n<p>Read more: Tocs S.
