Ivars Mekons states that, taking into consideration Latvian circumstances, the high threshold for consultation procurements will endanger normal competition and increase the risk and possibility of pushing \u201cthe right people\u201d. Furthermore, the double checking of tax debts does not suggest economically weighted and reasonable approach that could ease the bureaucracy.<\/p>\n<p>Read more: Kirsons M.
