Evija Novicane attended 75th Annual Scientific Conference of the University of Latvia

Sworn advocate Evija Novicane, a partner of the law office, spoke at the 75th Annual Scientific Conference of the Faculty of Law, University of Latvia on the topic “Concept of “Honest and Careful Manager” as a Measure for Carefulness (Guilt) of a Board Member”, where she analysed criteria which might affect the carefulness expected from the board member; furthermore, she also detailed the concept of “honest and careful manager” in the context of accuracy expected from the board member.
