The Major Risk of an Entrepreneur – Insolvency

The December 2022 issue of the journal “Bilances Juridiskie Padomi” (Legal Advice of the Balance) has been released, where an interview with the partner of the bureau, attorney at law, Evija Novicāne, is published. The interview is dedicated to the issue of an economic crisis, associated business risks and advice to board members on how they can protect themselves against civil liability.
