Janis Moors starts giving the lectures Fundamentals of State and Law and Labor Law

On September 7, 2017 Janis Moors, Sworn Advocate at the Law Office NOVIUS, has started teaching the courses Fundamentals of State and Law and Labor Law for the students of Riga Stradins University. As a professional in the sphere of Public Law and Civil Law, Janis Moors will share his valuable knowledge and practical experience in the following aspects:

1) constitutional fundamentals of the state structure, state power sharing model typical for democratic states, state administration and applicable state administration principles, as well as law in society, law systems and basic legal concepts;

2) the concept of labor law and its notions, labor legal relations separated from other civil legal relations, key principles of labor law, as well as establishment, modification and termination of labor legal relations, rights, duties and responsibility of subjects of law.
